Participant Support
Race Space is integrated with Gist, which is a third party help and live chat service. This means that participants can easily find out how to perform any action in Race Space, such as actioning a transfer or finding their ticket, without contacting the event organiser.
If they can’t find an answer in one of the help articles, then there is a live chat option where they can communicate directly with and get assistance from someone at Race Space
