The 3M3D is a weekend of trail running and racing in the tropical rainforests of Far North Queensland. Three Marathons. Three days. Three different courses. Do 1, 2 or 3 marathons over the weekend.

Dynamic Running public liability insurance cover does not include travel and personal accident / personal injury insurance for competitors or volunteers. We recommend that you arrange your own personal accident / personal injury insurance to cover any unforeseen personal costs you may incur.

By progressing with this registration and payment you accept the rules and conditions listed in the Dynamic Running Ltd. Waiver/Participant Agreement.
