What does this purpose entail?
If you create an event as an Organiser or register for an event as a Racer we may collect personal data from you. We may also collect or receive personal data from third party sources such as Organisers or Races, our payment processing partners or other third parties. Information provided by Racers may also be provided to an Organiser for an applicable event. Race Space is not responsible for the actions of Organisers with respect to your personal data. It is important that you review the applicable policies of Organisers for an event before providing personal data or other information in connection with that event.
Which personal data do we process for this purpose?
If you choose to create or register for an event, we may process the personal data provided by you (including your name, age, address, e-mail address, bank account details as well as other information deemed pertinent by the Organiser). Payment information including card details of Racers who pay for an event through the Site will be sent to Race Space payment processors, Race Space receives only partial Racer payment information which is used to manage refunds and other financially related tasks. Bank account details provided by Organisers will be stored in a device not connected to the Site.

What does this purpose entail?
If you contact Race Space with a question or a complaint, we may ask you for certain information to identify yourself and to help us respond to your enquiry. We use any personal data supplied only for this purpose and to improve our customer support services.

To be able to respond appropriately to your question or complaint, we note details of your question or complaint in our customer database. We may also ask you for contact details in order to keep you informed about your question or complaint.
- Participate in promotions
What does this purpose entail?
Race Space regularly runs promotions for its customers. In some cases we will ask you to provide us with your personal data through a registration form, advertisement or website in order to participate in the promotion.

As an Organiser, Racer or visitor of the Site and you actively opt-in to receive such communications you may receive general or personalised offers and information from Race Space on Race Space products, events and promotions that may be of interest to you ("Offers").
Personalised Offers are tailored towards your personal preferences and are based on analysing your purchase history, your participation in events, promotions and surveys, and your use of the Site.
Such Offers may include but are not limited to:
- electronic newsletters with offers and general information;
- events and products that maybe of interest to you; and
- new Site functionality.
- Blog, news or other general information.
You may receive your Offers by regular mail, email, SMS, through the Site, social media, or any other digital channels used by you. Racers may also receive Offers from Organisers which will be subject to the individual Organiser terms and privacy policy.

Which personal data do we process for this purpose?
For sending you Offers, we may process the personal data provided by you (including your name, age, address and e-mail address). Race Space also needs to understand your preferences. In order to be able to determine your preferences, Race Space will analyse:
- Your purchase history;
This includes data regarding (i) specific products you buy, (ii) events you enter (iii) the total amount of your purchases per transaction, and (iv) the time and place of the purchases you make.
- If, how and where you redeem Offers

Race Space may use the personal data you provide Race Space to prevent, detect and investigate fraud and to enforce its Terms and Conditions.

Upon your request to end your relationship with Race Space, we will close the applicable accounts as soon as reasonably possible.
